Services We Provide

We offer variety of different services all surrounding 3D printing and design.

3D Printing

Have you designed a part or found a model online, but don't have a 3D printer? Not to worry, we have the equipment and expertise to do it for you.

Production Runs

Do you have a product that you want to make using 3D printing? Or do you need a component for your product?

Whatever you specific need may be, get in contact to discuss what what we can do for you.

Design and Modeling Service

Do you have a product idea or need a part for a personal project, but do not have the skills or time to create a CAD model for it?

We are happy to help turn your idea into a design that can be manufactured.

Consultancy

Are you looking to use 3D printing to make parts, but are unsure how to best design parts that can be printed? Like any other manufacturing process 3D printing has its advantages, best practices and limitations. We can advise you on how to get most out of this process.

Prototyping

Are you working on a product and require a prototype? We can manufacture the parts and assemble the prototype for you.

Post processing

As part of our standard service we remove supports from prints. For resin prints we also wash and cure the parts.

We can also provide additional services like tapping, installing inserts and assembly. Please include any additional requirements in your enquiry.

Printing Technologies we use

Technology

FDM printing

FDM printers (Fused Deposition Modelling) are probably the most widely recognised ones. They use plastic filament that is melted in a nozzle and then deposited in the build volume as the nozzle moves around.

There is wide variety of materials available for FDM printers making them very versatile.

When is it best to use FDM printers
  • Part cost is critical

  • Parts do not have high level of detail

  • Layer lines are not an issue

  • Medium/high volume manufacturing

  • Specific material is required

When FDM printers may not be the best option
  • High level of detail is required

  • Layer lines are not acceptable

Materials for FDM

We have variety of materials available for FDM Printing

  • PLA

  • PETG

  • ABS

  • ASA

  • PA12-CF (Nylon with carbon fibre)

  • PC

  • TPU

FDM print sizes

The maximum print volumes are based on material.

  • 290X290X390mm - PLA, PETG

  • 290X240X290 - ABS, ASA, PA12-CF, PC, TPU

Resin Printing

Resin printers (a.k.a SLA printers) use liquid resin that solidifies as it is exposed to UV light. These printers can produce parts with incredible detail. Resin printed parts do not generally have visible layer lines like with FDM and resemble injection moulded parts.

Material choice for resin printers is more limited than FDM, but new materials are being released constantly with improved properties.

When is it best to use Resin printers
  • Parts have high level of detail

  • Layer lines are not acceptable

  • High precision is required

When Resin printers may not be the best option
  • Cost is critical

  • Medium/High volume production

  • Mechanical properties are a priority

Materials for Resin Printing

We have the following resins available for resin printing:

  • Siraya Tech Blu

  • Siraya Tech Build

Resin print sizes

The maximum print volume for resin printing is 192X120X245mm.
