On-Demand 3D Printing
Get instant pricing for your parts using our online tool. If you need specialist materials, or if your part is too large for the tool, contact us directly for a custom quote. We can often print oversized items by splitting them into smaller pieces.

Delivery: £7.00 standard flat rate for most orders. (Dispatched via next-working-day courier once printing is complete).

Volume Discounts: Automatically applied at checkout for batch orders (up to 30% off for quantities of 500+).

Post-Processing & Finishing
We offer several post-processing services to turn raw 3D prints into ready-to-use parts:

Heat-Set Threaded Inserts: £5.00 setup fee + £0.50 to £1.50 per insert (depending on thread size).

Basic Spray Painting: Starts at £20. (Primer and single-colour finishing).

Optical Clear Coating: Starts at £30. (Clear coat application for transparent resin parts to achieve a glass-like finish).

Surface Smoothing: Custom quoted. (Sanding and support mark removal for display models).
Engineering & Design Services
Whether you need a basic bracket modelled from scratch or a broken mechanical component reverse-engineered, we price our design work based on the time and geometry involved. We always provide a clear, fixed-price quote upfront.

Simple CAD Modelling: Starts at £60 for basic brackets, spacers, and 2D extrusions.

Complex Design & Reverse Engineering: Starts at £150 for parts with mating features, curves, or precise mechanical tolerances.

3D Scanning Only (Raw Mesh): Starts at £100 for generating a high-resolution digital scan of your physical part.

Complex Assemblies: Bespoke pricing.
Please note: Design and scanning costs cover the engineering labour and digital files; physical 3D printed prototypes are quoted separately.
